When I graduated college as an automotive technician, I never imagined the path my life would take. Transitioning from the automotive industry to becoming a gym owner during a pandemic was a daunting experience. The stress management skills I developed through these habits were crucial in navigating those turbulent times. Each day, I strive to get 1% better, and I firmly believe you can too.

Living in Accordance with My True North: Understanding my core values and aligning my actions with them has provided me with clarity and purpose. This habit has been my anchor, guiding me through difficult decisions and helping me stay true to myself.

Building and Maintaining Great Relationships: Surrounding myself with supportive, like-minded individuals has been invaluable. These relationships have offered strength, comfort, and inspiration, especially during challenging times.
